Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
We keep the username and email address you register with, a hashed version of your password, your orders, the API keys issued to you, and basic server logs such as IP address and request time. We ask for nothing else — no name, address, phone number, or payment card.
2. Why we need your email
Your email address is embedded inside the API key itself, because that is how the API services confirm the key is valid. We also use it to send your verification code, your key, and notices about your order. We do not send marketing email.
3. Payments
Payments happen directly on the blockchain. We never hold card details and will never ask for a wallet private key or seed phrase. To match your payment to your order we read public blockchain data — the amount, the receiving address, and the transaction hash — and store the hash against the order. We do not attempt to identify you from your wallet.
4. Cookies
We set a session cookie so you stay logged in, and a CSRF cookie that protects forms from being submitted by other sites. Your colour theme preference is stored in your browser and never sent to us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data reaches the providers that make the service work: our hosting and database provider, and our email provider when a message is sent to you. Public blockchain explorers are queried with wallet addresses and amounts only, never with anything that identifies you.
6. How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as we need them for accounting and fraud prevention. Server logs are kept for a short period. Expired API keys are retained so past orders remain auditable.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your login and profile; records we must keep for accounting are retained in the smallest form that serves that purpose.
8. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
