Terms of Service

1. What we provide

TikAPIs sells time-limited access to a REST interface for TikTok and ByteDance platform endpoints. Access is delivered as an API key that you send in the x-api-key header. We do not sell data, accounts, or engagement of any kind.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy a plan, and the email address on it must be one you control — your API key is bound to that address and cannot be moved to another. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

3. Subscriptions and delivery

A subscription starts the moment the key is issued and runs for the period stated on the plan you bought. Keys expire on their own; there is no automatic renewal and nothing is charged again unless you place a new order.

4. Payment

Payments are made in cryptocurrency to the address shown on your order. Each order asks for an exact amount, which is how we identify your transfer — sending a different amount will delay activation and may require manual review. You are responsible for network fees, and for sending on the correct network. Funds sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Once a key has been issued, the order is complete and non-refundable, for any reason, including but not limited to: a change of mind, not using the key you bought, dissatisfaction with what a third-party platform returns, a change or interruption on that platform's side, or a key being revoked for breaching these terms. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a plan if you stop using it before it expires.

The one exception: if a payment was received and confirmed but, because of an error on our side, no key was ever issued for it, contact us and we will issue the key or return that specific payment. This is not a refund of a completed order — it is us completing the order we failed to deliver, and it is the only circumstance in which money moves back.

Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute for an order a key was already issued for, instead of contacting us first, is itself a breach of these terms and grounds for suspending your account and any active keys on it, in addition to any other remedy available to us.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share, resell, or sublicense your key. A key seen in use across unrelated systems may be revoked without a refund. You must not use the service to break the law, to access accounts you do not own or have permission to use, to send spam or malware, or in any way that harms other people.

7. Intellectual property

TikAPIs, its name, logo, website, and the software behind the service are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you. Your API key is a right to use the service for the period you paid for — not a licence to our software, our documentation, or our brand. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or use any of it to build or support a competing service.

8. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries. Those names are the property of their respective owners. Your use of the service must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you interact with, and meeting that obligation is entirely your responsibility.

9. Availability

The upstream platforms change frequently and we adapt as fast as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that any specific endpoint will keep working. Planned and unplanned downtime does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if a payment turns out to be fraudulent, if a chargeback or dispute is opened over a delivered order, or if we are required to do so by law — without a refund for the time or usage remaining.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
